These are good for making repairs and adding additional links into the chain & sprocket. Often times having a few extra offset links can help get you out of a down situation and keep you up and running. These offset links feature solid bushings that have been heat-treated and hardened which greatly increases the overall strength and working life of the offset link. Another feature of this offset link is solid rollers that have been heat-treated and shot peened, which greatly increases the performance of the offset link and will ensure that it will work properly with the roller chain & sprocket and sprocket assembly. Also, these offset links have heat-treated side bars which increases the shock load and overall working life of the offset link.
