Our PTO drive shafts enable the user easy maintenance. The greasing nipples on standard crosses are positioned under angle to enable the user better access. Easier access is also possible because of the flexible cone. We listened to the wishes of our customers and placed the greasing nipple at wide-angle PTO’s into the cross bearing. The other novelty, we introduced with wide-angle PTO drive shafts is in line greasing. We wanted to additionally simplify the maintenance and extend the lifespan of joints. -

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
High Speed Ratio and High Efficiency
Single-stage transmission can achieve a deceleration ratio of 1:87, and the efficiency is over 90%. If multi-stage transmission, the deceleration ratio is larger.
Compact structure and small volume
Because the planetary transmission principle is adopted, the input shaft and the output shaft are on the same axis, so the structure is compact and the volume is small.
Smooth operation and low noise
Cycloidal pin teeth have many meshing teeth, large overlap coefficient and smooth mechanism, which limits vibration and noise to a minimum.
Reliable use and long service life
Because the main parts are bearing steel, high strength is obtained by quenching treatment (HRC5A rough shaft surface accelerates seal wear. But a finished surface that is too smooth will not support hydrodynamic lubrication of the seal lip. Most oil-seal manufacturers recommend shaft surface roughness between 10 and 20-m in. Ra.8-62), and rolling friction is used in some transmission contacts, which is durable and has long service life.
